    I’m looking to change the way my links appear, with underlines as per the attached image.

    If you like yes, but would you really want to have to add an extra class to all of your links?

    Yes that would be very annoying,

    i essentially just want the links in the post/page body to be changed, and not sitewide links, i.e. in related posts the title links change.

    How can we do this? You can just make up and example and I can transpose it to my site.

    Try using this custom css:

    .content-wrap > p > a {
text-decoration: underline;
color: #ff9900;
}
