I’m trying to change the color for on hover and it changes the color throughout the whole site with the accent color. And I just want to change the color because the background is already the same color so when you hover over a link, it disappears into the background. Thank for your time.
April 30, 2014 at 4:59 pm #71265Hi
Yes the hover color uses your accent color, do you want your hover color to be separate to your accent color?

May 14, 2014 at 10:27 am #74863Ok please add this to your custom css:
figure.animated-overlay figcaption { background-color: #333333!important; }
If this css does not apply to some hovers please let me know and I will give you the css for that, but pretty sure this will apply to all

June 3, 2014 at 5:47 pm #79946Didn’t really work for me. It did work in some areas. Like on the home page when you hover over a ship review it changes the background color to black. But on the about us page the page ground colors are still the accent colors for the links. Is there a way to make all the links the accent color, not just on hover? Thank you.
June 4, 2014 at 1:35 pm #80131Hi,
Please try to use this custom css code:
.sf-icon-box-animated .back{background: #000 !important; border-color: #000 !important;}
Hope that should work and let me know your feedback.Thanks ๐

Swift IdeasJune 4, 2014 at 6:14 pm #80185Works great! Thank you! The color that appears when you hover over a link, is there a way to make links that color without the hover. When you look at a body of text, I’d like the links to stick out as a different color.

Swift IdeasJune 10, 2014 at 9:02 pm #81612As you can see in this attached image, all the link are black and I’m trying to change the color of the link. When I use the following css, it only applies it to some of the links and I’m not sure what the compatibility issue is.
a:link {color:#FF0000;}

You can set your link color in the color customiser. you won’t be able to use that CSS to overwrite all other links as they are set more specifically depending on their containers
