    Hi, i currently have 2 problems:

    1) we tried to change texts in the various formfields in:
    Theme Options > WooCommerce Options > Email customer care modal / Shipping information modal / Returns & exchange modal

    if i try to save it dont work. the text stays as it is.

    2) is there a way to hide the “FAQs” in the frontend, as the client has no FAQs?

    Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst I take a closer look.

    hi david,

    hard to do that, the site is live already.
    i´ll see if i can setup a dev-instance. is this absolute necessary or can you narrow the bug down without deactivating ?

    yes it’s necessary. this is something that can take only a few minutest to test if you allow us to deactivate those plugins.

    hey rui,
    i checked now, i cannot mirror the system to a dev system on the hoster.
    the problem will be the timing – when i switch off all plugins the site wont run correctly which is a problem for the customers.
    the only way i see could work is, if you by yourself deactivate the plugins and check what you want to check, then activate them again.
    would this be possible?

    i can do a full backup if you tell me when you can do that.
