Go to joyn/swift-framework/content/sf-portfolio-detail.php and edit line 264:

<h2 class="<?php echo $heading_class; ?>"><?php apply_filters('sf_related_projects_heading', _e( "Related Projects", "swiftframework" )); ?></h2>
