Change "Read More" text on Blog Post Excerpts + Styled Swift Button?

Hi,

I know there’s a simple way to do this with a filter or maybe CSS, but I don’t remember how.

Can I easily change the “Read More” button text to something else like “View More”?

Also, can the basic text “Read More” links be changed to a nice styled button like Swift shortcode? I’d like to use a rounded transparent-dark button instead.

Finally, is there a simple way to add a 1px border around each entire blog post excerpt, so it encases any images and the excerpt/post info area?

It’s really not a specific page type of thing… just the default blog in this theme. I’m wondering how to change the “Read More” text on posts on the blog page, and optionally how to replace the Read More text link with a nice Swift button (like used in your shortcodes) – they would look so much better. 🙂
