I’m trying to find where to change the hover color of the Promo Bar. It looks as if it pulls from the default hover color. Can I use style to overwrite this specifically for the promo bar?

I’m using the promo bar with the arrow that has the entire bar area active/clickable.

Try adding this to your custom css:
```
#base-promo.footer-promo-arrow:hover, #base-promo.footer-promo-text:hover {
  background-color: #111111!important;
}
```
