Change Proceed to Checkout font

I’d like to change font to Open Sans in Proceed to checkout page and change font to white color in the attached page.

1. Attached image is when you put your mouse over the cart, this will pop up automatically.

2. Proceed to check out comes right after you click on Cart. I think I still haven’t change bg color on proceed to check out page. Sorry, the correct page should be cart page.

The code will change the checkout button background color that appear after click on cart icon at header.
