change page title to parent category

Hi,

My client would like to have the parent category display on the product page in the page title area. In this example:

http://www.ellenmarkovich.com/clients/achla/product/fern-green-crackle-glass-birdbath/

they would like it to say “Birdbaths & Feeders” in the green bar on the left with the breadcrumbs on the right. And, still display the product title above the product information.

How can I do that?

I have found a way to do this but I need to change the code on the page.

neighborhood/includes/swift-framework/sf-content-display/sf-page-heading.php

When I make a duplicate of this in my child theme it doesn’t seem to get picked up. Is there a way to do this?
