    Add this to your custom css:

    .woocommerce-count-wrap {
  width: 630px;
}
.woocommerce .woocommerce-result-count, .woocommerce-page .woocommerce-result-count {
  float: left;
}
.woocommerce-show-products {
  float: right;
  margin-top: 4px;
}

    No, as the section above the line is all in one container, I only had to use css to move it about, which we support. However to move it below the line, you would need to edit the theme files, and I’m afraid that’s beyond our scope of support
