CF7 styling nightmares

I usually I spend 10% of website production time on styling contact 7 forms…

When I add a CSS class in CF7 how the heck I change the color of the submit button for example. I can’t seem to target the custom CSS.. I can change CSS for CF7 for the entire site..but for a single form (let’s say a discount form) my classes simply don’t work.

Could you give me a working example?

Try to use the !important tag,probably other rule with higher priority is being assumed.

Rui I tried everything. How would you target a CF7 form with a custom class…and style it’s button for example with?

Provide me a link where you have the button so I can have a look.

p.s- Check in your custom css if you have any error that might be causing that the css below it doesn’t work.

I don’t have CSS errors. Now the it’s styled correctly, but since I can’t target my form all the form buttons on my site are equal:

What specifically did you want to do? Use your Chrome web inspector to check what CSS is applied to the selectors.

For this form, you have already changed the button colors/hover colors.
