Centering Tiles Under Headers

Your layout looks strange, you have 1/4 columns, and then smaller columns inside that. Is there a reason for this?

Basic question: Is there a way to add a space or two before Diligence and Valuation to make them more centered over the column? Like &nbsp?

Hmm, not sure if this worked. Will revisit in a moment.

Right now I am using this shortcode. Is there a way to just add a blank space or two before the text on a couple of the headers?

Still not sure if this is working. I added to custom css and this is what it looks like.

I just want to add a few spaces in front of Diligence and Valuation and maybe one character space in front of Monitoring and Consulting given they are longer words. Trying to get them to center over the tiles below.

all i have in custom css right now is this:
body.page-id-12405 p.impact-text-large{text-align:center;width:186px}

the headers for Diligence and Valuation look perfect. Could we move the Monitoring over a bit. Please let me know what to add or add back!

Could you also help with the same effect on this page? Analysis and Valuation?
