Hi, so i am not sure if I have been doing things wrong the whole time. but how do I create a category shop page. am i creating a regular page and then adding categories?

I want to create a page of products from a specific category and then woo commerce widgets on the right side.

Also i’m on a the menu page and the categories i created are not showing up. please help 🙁
