    The Cushions appear there as if by magic – I have no idea how they get there but it has something to do with the Catalog Visability settings but there is no way to swith it off I have tried them all

    In WooCommerce settings do you have your home page set as the shop page?

    It may help me if I can have a login to your site so that I can look into the issue.

    If it is then all you need to do is change it, to the page that is actually your shop page
