What could possibly be the reason for the images not displaying on the catalog page (shop) when I have loaded up images according to the WooCommerce Image Settings that I have created?

If you look at the center product on the top row of http://www.ikonicedge.com/wpress/shop/ you’ll see that part of the second product image often appears at the bottom, when only the featured product should be appearing. This can be very pronounced depending on the proportions of the window. Sometimes I will see almost all of the second image appear underneath the featured image, which looks very messy.

The two images I uploaded for this product both had the original dimensions of 540 x 720, which I set in the WooCommerce Image Settings and then regenerated thumbnails.

Thank you in advance for looking at this.

I’ll ask the developer to check that out. Thanks for the patience!

Is the product with this issue, the one called “iPhone SuperSlim 3GS” ? Because I see it showing up fine and both products on its sides also look fine.

    Regards,

Thanks, it is fixed now. There was another support issue I had here which just got fixed by one of your colleagues uninstalling and reinstalling one or more plug-ins… this seems asl oto have fixed this issue.
