Cart Update is not working property

After I’ve updated 3.0, cart function stop working correctly.
Here are the main problems:

-Cannot add items : After a few clicks of “Add to Cart”, and refreshing the browser then the item will be added.
-Cannot remove items : even though I clicked “X” button on the cart page, item will not the removed after refreshing the browser / “Update cart” did not work either.

So I thought it was something wrong with version 3.0 and I downgraded to 2.18 but still not working. (It was working property before)
There might be something wrong with my settings or plugin problems so would you check if I am doing right?

Hi,
You have very old version of theme. I would suggest to use latest version of theme to avoid these types of errors.

I just flush the permalinks. Change it to default and change again like before.
