Hi, since i updated the template and the frame work there’s been some cart issues:
When user adds products to cart the icon on the header shows the products, but once you click to view cart, it shows an “cart empty” page.
I’m using variable products only in on attribute – size.
The checkout button also redirects to an empty cart page.

Can you take a look to see whats wrong?

    Regards

    Hi @pedroandrade,

Can you try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce, SwiftFramework and Redux framework, so we can determine if there is any plugin conflict causing this situation.

After doing this if it stays with the same issue, provide us some admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a closer look.

    Thanks

    -Rui

After all it seems that something else might be causing this issue.
The user can only see the cart if they are logged in, otherwise the cart appears always empty…
Do you think you can login and see what’s wrong?

If the problem arises from the plugin mentioned you will need to contact the plugin developer.

Have you als tested disabling Ajax? Theme Options => WooCommerce Options => Product Options => Add to cart ajax

Hi, i’ve disabled and uninstall that plugin but still nothing happens.
I’ve also made that change in the theme settings, but still the cart appears always empty, even though the header icon displays the products added to cart correctly.

I really need to get this working asap because it’s all set to launch the website, just waiting to resolve this bug…
    Regards

Hi, i’ve found the solution. I guesse it was not theme related.
After all it was a cache issue. I had to exclude the Cart, Checkout, and My account pages from cache records.
Since i’m using the wpengine hosting, they managed to help me out!
    Regards
