    For regular products, despite the number of products that I choose on a product page, it only enters one item into the shopping cart. This does not happen with variable products. (The correct number of items is entered.)

    On the shopping cart page, I can modify quantities, but cannot update the cart. The ‘update cart’ button is disabled. When you hover on it, a red crossed out circle appears.

    Hi,

    Can you try to disable all plugins except Swiftframework , Reduxframework and Woocommerce and try again so we can discard any plugin conflict?

    If the issue persists try to do the same test but with the default Twenty 16 theme active so we can determine if is something from Woocommerce or our theme.

    Thanks
    -Rui

    Rui,

    This is the exact same problem I am having as reported in a previous support request that I’m working on with David. I have tried using 2016 as my theme as well as Storefront and everything works fine.

    My site is a development site on my personal server, so I don’t have a way to give you login credentials. But @crrobertson2, if you could give them a look at your site, I’m sure a bunch of us would really appreciate it.

    Thanks,
    Ken Blochowski

    I have deactivated all plugins except the ones you requested and changed the theme. The problem still persists. My store site is currently on version 2.3 and everything is fine but when I go to 2.4.1 and above it stops working.

    @crrobertson2

    Didn’t understood if it worked fine with Twenty Sixteen?
    If it worked fine them it’s something in our theme.

    Tried the admin credentials but it didn’t worked, can you check it?

    @kblochowski

    Thanks for the info, will try to recreate this in my development server.

    Thanks
    -Rui

    I, too, have deactivated all plugins except the swift framework and woocommerce with no success.

    Unfortunately I have the exact same issue. Because of that I renewed my support!

    I disabled all plugins but it doesn’t help.
    No Issues with Twenty 16.
    So I think it’s a problem with the Atelier theme.

    I undo the update. Now it works but this is not a solution.

    My Webshop is: http://www.schlitzer-destillerie.de

    Thanks from Germany,
    Christian
