    Steps to reply bug.
    1. Add any product to cart.
    2. Remove it from cart using top bar widget.
    3. Go to any page.
    Removed product still exist in top bar cart, but its not on cart page.

    It worked fine for me, can you try to clear the cache and cookies of your browser and try again?

    i tried, no results. removed all cookies by all time. bug replies from others testers and new customers.

    Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst we look.

    yes, i tried, one by one turn its off and detect conflict with this plugin

    sad, but i need this plugin with theme, and there is no analogues, maybe you can give a hint, where the bug can be stored?
