Please test removing your CSS from: Theme Options => Custom CSS this is causing the issues. See screencast: http://d.pr/i/1agGf.

    Thanks.

    Hi David,

I don’t think it caused by the Custom CSS. I tried to remove all code from Custom CSS, Problems still there!
And I saw your team deactivate all the plugins to test it too, and it prove that it isn’t caused by the plugin as well.
Seems you fix those issue on the gif, it’s because your team switch the theme to Parent theme.

After removing the custom CSS, the issue went. Please see the above screencast where you can see it happening.

    Thanks.

Hey David, I understand you guy did that in parent theme and it success. But we want it to be happen in the child theme. Can it be done? The reason we want to do it this way is because we don’t to do the customisation to the parent theme all over again whenever you guys launch an update. We ran into that situation before and its very ignoring. That’s why we want to keep all the customisation done in the child theme.

Yes you can add it to the child theme CSS file. But it is perfectly fine within the Theme Options => Custom CSS.

The issue is your CSS for the cart and checkout is causing the visual issues, please remove those only, not all the CSS.

    Thanks.
