Carousel not working, only one and not the other

Hi, I’ve noticed all of a sudden my carousel product slider does not work and scroll left or right.

However the 2nd carousel below works perfectly.

If I add a third product carousel to the main page this one does not move either.

Please can someone help on this issue ?

Hi,
Why do you have same two carousel at a page? You can check that arrows of first carousel are moving another carousel.

yes this was an example… if i change it to latest products it does not work

1. featured products
2. latest products

it does not work like your demo

this is the problem i am having… if you click left or right on the slide it moves the bottom…. how odd it’s weird

Mohammed any update ? As Kyle closed other ticket.

For the first product slider (latest products) on my home page does not navigate when you press on the navigation arrows either left or right. However it controls the 2nd product slider below it.

The 2nd product slider (Featured) works correctly if you navigate but if I add a 3rd product slider to the page e.g. Best Sellers then only one on the main page works. Not the other two.

I have spent a long time trying to solve this. Disabled all plugins but problem still there. What is the fix please ?

I have resolved the issue so please check.
Code Remarks-: I edited functions.js at /neighborhood/js/

Find this code at line 623:-
var carouselWrap = carousel.parent().parent(),
Replace with :-
var carouselWrap = jQuery(this).parent().parent(),

I will inform to developer to add in next upgrade.
