Ok, I give up. Does the vertical header style support the contact slideout? If not, how do you turn it off?

Hi Rui – Don’t be afraid. Look at the screenshot and find the Red Envelope icon in the lower left. It doesn’t do anything in vertical header setup.

Hi Rui – You guys have a contact slide out function in the header. When one uses the vertical header setup, it doesn’t work. See the attached screenshot and I sent you the login to see what’s going on. I need to know :

 

1. How to make it work, or

2. How to turn it off

Hi Mohammad – I need a bit more detail. Where is the copyright image you’re talking about? I tried a couple of things and it didn’t work. Have you been able to use the slide out on a vertical header? If not, please test / replicate.
