Cardinal Theme reinstall problems

I recently had a problem with swift page builder, i decided to uninstall cardinal and reinstall it. unfortunately it did not goes as planned and this massage come up now.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sf_portfolio_category_register() (previously declared in /home/content/45/10954745/html/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/includes/custom-post-types/portfolio-type.php:15) in /home/content/45/10954745/html/wp-content/themes/cardinal/swift-framework/custom-post-types/portfolio-type.php on line 31

ive looked at line 31 and i dont understand it.

Hi, i fixed it this morning. i installed another swift theme and made sure the page builder was working and then i installed the cardinal theme again. All is working well again.
