    Hi Swift,

    I can’t write national letters letters like æ, ø, and å when using the Swift Page Builder to design my front page. Instead of æ, ø, and å it changes the letters to “?”. How come and how do I fix this?

    Cheers
    Jesper

    Hi,
    Please open to edit ‘wp-config.php’ file in a text editor such as notepad (the wp-config.php file can be found on the directory where you installed WordPress).

    Find the following two lines and comment them out:

    define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8′);
    define(‘DB_COLLATE’, ”);

    They should look like the following after you comment them out:
    //define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8′);
    //define(‘DB_COLLATE’, ”);

    Now upload the updated ‘wp-config.php’ file to your webhost.

    Thanks
    Mohammad

    Thank you.

    I managed to fuck it all up and reset all my Theme Options.

    So now I have put the text into what is a called a ‘Text Block – Full Width’ in stead of ‘Raw HTML’ in the Swift Page Builder which fixes the issues with æ, ø and ø.

    However, there seems to be a lot of padding in the top of and below the ‘Text Block – Full Width’. How do I downsize that amount of white space in top of and below the text?

    I’m looking forward to your reply.

    Regards,
    Jesper
