Hi,
I’ve got a couple of sites using the Uplift theme, and all of them are missing the option to select the Font Family (under Theme Options > Font Options).
Can you take a look and see what is going on?
Thanks!

Your site is not loading the required JS resources correctly:
Please contact your host and ask them to check they are not blocking those resources from loading.
June 7, 2017 at 9:26 pm #327555Hello,
Would you be able to provide us with the specified files and the location where they should go so I can upload them to the site?
Thanks,
LizJune 8, 2017 at 9:55 am #327594Hi,
You will likely find they are there, but are being blocked from loading by the server. The file path is in the above image.
Thanks.
June 8, 2017 at 3:48 pm #327705Hello,
Thank you for your response, unfortunately I cannot clearly see the file path in the images, could you please resend the picture with a better quality and clearly showing the path?
My question is, how come the server decides to block those 3 JS files and not the rest JS file (which are plenty); furthermore, the error in the image is a 404 error, indicating the files cannot be found, meaning the files do not exist, not that they cannot be loaded. I reached out to the server sys admin and he searched the file system for those files and could not find them.
I will appreciate if you could assist us in resolving this issue, perhaps it is a configuration item that we are missing, any ideas on how to resolve the situation.
Thanks,

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>

<Message>Access denied</Message>
</Error>June 8, 2017 at 4:27 pm #327710in the image David shared, press you the right mouse button and choose the option open in new tab.
It will be bigger.-Rui
June 8, 2017 at 4:33 pm #327711I can see the image better now, however I cannot see the path, and I still fail to see why the server will block just 3 JS files when it is allowing the executing of plenty more JS files.
Is it possible to have a phone conversation, I could be reached at +1 780 463 9876 ext 406 or +1 780 554 4594
Thanks,
LizJune 8, 2017 at 5:16 pm #327720Hello,
While further investigating the issue, I found the image you originally sent is cropped and does not show the full error and the details, could you please resend the screenshot, this time with the blocking error and if possible any suggestions as to how to fix it, as you will notice, the website is trying to load the script from a different site (you will find that information just above the 404 errors)..
Thanks,
LizJune 8, 2017 at 5:23 pm #327721we don’t do phone support. Try to check this situation with the hosting support, it can be a path issue.
