    It was some css on the body overflow and also a script, not sure exactly what were the details. Can you wait to install it later in a computer with permissions?

    did you cleared the cache and all offline content on the mobile?

    Check in Appearance -> Themes and click on Cardinal details it’s suppose to have a link to update.
    Give it a try.

    Hi,
    Please go to Admin -> Dashboard -> Update at top left corner of admin screen. Here you can upgrade the theme, plugins and wordpress also.

    All good. Finally resolved. We had multiple sites installed on our Network so had to go to the Network dashboard to update the theme.
