    Hi, if you take a look at the page you will see the default header options and some strange fonts. Trying to change them does not work – I can change them but they are not displayed. Can you please help?

    Here is the screenshot. As you see there is a yellow/orange header (personal shopper) and below another one with contact data. Both have been turned off in the Theme options.
    When I try to set them as off again, I can do this and the new settings seem to be saved but they still are visible (yes, I cleared the cache of my browser and then reloaded the page).

    Another strange behaviour are fonts with ÄÖÜ which are displayed as ?.

    Can’t find any problem in the admin area.
    Can you check your server error logs, to see if we find any error that can provides us additional info.

    If you can provide me the error log file without access it would be fine.
    If not provide ftp access so I can try to find the error log fine.

    Don’t need access to the database or to the cPanel for now.
