    Hi, I know the site is in a different language and probably you can’t read it; but i think you should be able to see the screen shots provided and probably can guess what went wrong. What I did; I was playing around the “feedback modal”, and I put this HTML code that I copied from the product page into modal field (shot1), then click save changes. After that, I was not able to delete the content of “feedback modal” and every time I click “save changes” on the Theme Options page, it take me to this error message page (shot2), then if I hit enter, it takes me to this option.php page with a list of things….

    I tried “reset to default” on the Theme Option, didn’t work, it gave me the same result. I tried reinstalling the theme, didn’t work. I tried replace the wp-admin folder from my back-ups, didn’t work.

    Can someone please help me out here? my guess is something wrong with the woocommerce system, but I have no clue.

    thanks for your time to look at my problem!

    I had the same problem. Try to deactivate all your plugins. In my case, it was a plugin that conflict. Had the problem with WPML, some Menu plugins ect.

    @martendc,

    thanks for your reply, i just tried inactive all my plug-ins, and didn’t work. I even changed my site language back to English, and nothing’s changed.

    but I did noticed, on that error page (shot4 in attachment) when I mouse-over “please try again”, on the status bar in my browser points to the product page; which related to the HTML I entered in that “feedback modal”, i guess that’s the cause, God I wish I didn’t do that…

    To whom is reading this post, DO NOT play around with “feedback modal”, it’s a devil.

    Sorry I just can’t wait for the tech support, I did everything I could, re-install theme, re-install woocommerce, de-activated all plugs and even delete all of them, tried all things I can think of….I gave up; I just reset my WordPress and database. Problem solved, and yes everything is gone, too. >_<

    case closed, and I have to start all over again.
