Can't re-size logo

I can’t seem to re-size the logo and make it bigger in the top header. I uploaded a larger sized logo than the one with the demo content “Arad.” However, even if increase the max height to 300, which height of the logo, it stays the same. I did an inspection with Chrome and I see this image tag:

And I see that the image tag has embedded height and width attributes happening. How can I over ride that?

I’m just sending a screen shot so you understand as to how I want it to stretch across a larger portion of the screen.

What are the original dimension of the logo you are uploading? Can you attach it here?

It’s ok, I think I figured out the problem. it looks to me like it was a caching issue. If I find this problem again, I’ll post the question again and upload the logo. sorry for the delay in response. I was just under the gun trying to get things done.
