Can't login to wp dashboard because of fatal error

Hey,

I’m getting this fatal error when attempting to login to our sites wp dashboard – Fatal error: Class ‘RWMB_Multiple_Values_Field’ not found in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data03/55/2776855/html/wp-content/themes/joyn/includes/meta-box/inc/fields/autocomplete.php on line 6

This is the last thing I did before the issue started:

After making some updates/edits to the site, I realized that there was an update to the Joyn theme to 2.4.4. I decided to update the site and everything went fine; however, later we checked the site on mobile and there were some loading issues that were not a problem on the the previous version so I just reinstalled Joyn 2.4.3. This fixed the front-end issues but created the fatal error that is now preventing us from logging in to our site.

How do we fix this?

Please reply ASAP as we need to be logged into our site on Monday morning.

Please download the latest version from themeforest download page and upload it through FTP software.

Tried that but they don’t have the most recent update of joyn theme available.

I updated via the wp dashboard yesterday but now that option is out.

Is there anything else that can be done? It’s very important that we are able to login to our site today.

Please download the Joyn theme from themeforest download page and upload through FTP software again because many files are missing.

Hi thanks for your reply. I have just done that, downloaded the entire file and documents. Unzipped the theme files and uploaded via FTP. Still same issue… Any suggestions?
