    Did you add it personally? You just need to remove the line of code that you’ve added to add that script (if you added it, you’re the only one who will know!).

    If it was your host, then you’d need to ask them.

    I copied and pasted the code from Ontraport to create an opt in form in the header.

    Ok, well just remove the script include for jQuery in that code.

    The file resides on Ontraport’s server, doesn’t it? I don’t know how to remove the jquery.min.js file.

    No, it’s on Google’s CDN. Check any code you have added manually. This is code that has been added to the template files.
