Can't Get Demo Import further than %20 & File Permission issues

Hello After installing the theme i get this issue –

File Permission Issues
We were unable to modify required files. Please ensure that /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/st/it/ch/stitch-up.org.uk/public_html/wp-content/uploads/ has the proper read-write permissions, or modify your wp-config.php file to contain your FTP login credentials as outlined here..

I have tried looking into this but i really don’t understand what to do??

Also i’m trying to import the demo for altier and it gets to about %20 and then stops i have to refresh and then it does the same thing. I just can’t get passed 20%.

I have checked my memory with my hosting and they said its at max which is 128M

Please help.

Oh and i contacted my hosting (123.reg) and changed my permission to 755 on the uploads folder?

Is that right?

Sure that is correct sometimes for plugins doing an install.

Hi Jen,

Are you getting an error with the import?

In your wp-config.php file can you add this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Once complete, please re-run the import.

I have included that in the file you mentioned and still no luck. I did get to 56% though this time.

Sorry but this is just not a great start. In wordpress when i try to look at the pages it just brings up a blank.
