Can't enter a carriage return when I use dropcase shortcode in Flexform

Hi support team,

I was using the dropcase1 shortcode, and can seem to enter a new line after it. Whenever I do, or switch over to text view and add a line break it just doesn’t save. Any ideas on how I can add a line break after using the dropcase1 shortcode? By the way, I’m using this in a textbox in the Swift Page Builder.

I tried it several different ways. At first I entered a carriage return on the Visual Tab. That didn’t work. Then I tried entering a break tag on the Text Tab, and that didn’t work either. And then I tried entering paragraph tags in the Text tab around the dropcase text and text I wanted to follow it. That didn’t work either. In each case, the tags that I entered were stripped out after I saved my changes. Any ideas?

Any chance I could see it in action? I can’t try to repro at the moment, as all my dev sites are full with client work – otherwise you’ll have to wait a few days until I get a new server account set up that I just bought and try to see what’s going on…

I think I see what’s going on – your line breaks/paragraphs are still there, but you need to enter enough returns to move the text below the dropcap line height.

If you look at your code using Firebug or Chrome Dev Tools you should see something like my screenshot.
