    I am having the same problem as I was having previously on my Cardinal site. I cannot access the Customizer. Could you please edit the wp-config like you did on the other one? Thanks!

    It’s likely better I explain what to do so you know for the future.

    1) Please open the file wp-config.php located in the site root.
    2) Locate this line: /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
    3) Above that line, copy in this: define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
    4) Save the file.
