Cannot update Dante Theme

Trying to update to latest Dante version (2.6.4) but am getting permission errors

I thought I had given enough so gave more but still no joy

keep getting:

An error occurred while updating Dante: Could not create directory.

Have searched web for solutions but no luck so far

I think it is a config issue as we have recently changed servers as the dante theme was running too slowly

Could you please have a look at what may be wrong

I have the same issue with updating plugins at the moment so I did actually ftp over a new plugin version folder – that works ok – so I suspect that would also work for the theme – HOWEVER I want it to work with auto updates through control panel – as it should as this is so much quicker/easier.

Can you not see anything else wrong?

Sounds like a problem with either you host or wordpress install, it’s best if you check with your hosts
