Cannot submit product reviews

If someone tries to submit a product review they get forwarded to ‘/wp-comments-post.php’ with the message:

“You have taken too long. Please go back and refresh the page.”

I’ve tried submitting the review whilst signed in as the admin and the message still comes up. I’m also posting the review within 10 seconds.

I’ve tried disabling all my plugins but still no good.

Comments on posts still function correctly.

Tested on our local installation and working perfectly fine.

Looks like you are running an old version of WooCommerce – please update it.

Hi Ed,

I tried updating to WC 2.1 but that broke a few things (like using the default “tab” display on product pages, does this work correctly on your install?). Updating didn’t fix the probblem so I switched it back to previous version until I could resolve this problem.

So does it look like it’s not a theme issue?

Just thought i’d let you know that updating to WC 2.1.2 (new release today I think) Fixed the problem.

However, it has shown a warning that template files are out of date. I updated to Neighborhood 1.64 prior to updating WC.

You’re probably already aware of this, but I thought I’d post here just in case. The report lists the following files as out of date:

form-billing.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.1.2

form-shipping.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.1.2

single-product.php version – is out of date. The core version is 1.6.4
