Cannot install required plugins

Hi,

I have recently installed Flexform and I am working on getting it set up to start with page building but I cannot install any of the required (or other plugins). I am guessing that this could be an issue outside of the theme itself but wanted to check and see if you could give me any guidance.

Here is the error message I am getting:

Downloading install package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp.4.2.3.zip…

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.

Have you tried uploading via FTP instead?

Hi Jude, you’ll need to wait until we get back to you because we check posts from oldest reply (!) to latest, so posting back to your own thread will result in a later response.

As grokism mentioned, please try installing them via FTP to the folder wp-content > plugins.
