    Hi

    Are you uploading just the theme file? not the one downloaded from ThemeForest

    The problem is with your server, not the theme. Please contact your hosts to solve this problem for you

    Hey @suzannesheridan / @Feedsy

    The theme is meant to be installed via WordPress upload primarily – we only advise FTP when that is proving troublesome to users. The reason why you’ll be seeing that message is the upload limit / php post limit isn’t high enough to process the upload.

    This is usually only an issue on shared/cheaper hosting options, and while we’d recommend you to contact your host to increase this for you, usually most don’t want to wait and would rather get started immediately. If you’d like me to write up what you’d need to send to your host to get this sorted, then just let me know.

    Apologies if Kyle’s replies were a little brief, rest assured we’ll work on that.

    @suzannesheridan
    – if you still wish for a refund, unfortunately we can’t process that for you, you’ll have to contact Envato Support – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us

    Thanks,

    – Ed
