Cannot input comment in some posts.

Hello,
I wrote some posts in 2 different categories.

One is ‘notice’ category I can make comments.(I checked allow discussion)

the other is ‘study center’ category, I cannot make comments(despite I allowed discussion, I cannot make comments.)
http://www.tilemall.co.kr/category/studycenter/

I cannot find the reason, how can i solve this problem??

Hi,

Not seeing why the category could do that. Can you switch the category of the posts to see how it behaves.

Change the ‘notice’ post to ‘studycenter’ and vice-versa.

Also create 2 new posts.

I made some new posts again, comment works very well.

notice – comment available
study center – comment available

But I cannot understand why comment is not working for 4 posts I wrote in studycenter category. I double-checked settings in [setting] – [discussion], [posts list] – [quick edit].

I thought about making new post with copy-paste, but I don’t want lose love-count my clients clicked.

please help me.

Hi,

It’s difficult to figure out that. Probably something wrong in WordPress database relative to those posts.

Can you just send me a direct link to the edition page of one of those pages. Don’t promise anything since is not theme related and could be complex to figure out what’s wrong with those particular posts.

Hi,

Although it’s difficult to analyze because of the Language, I discovered that when you use the Quick Edit option and enable it to a post/page if you check it again it’s already unchecked. So it seems it doesn’t save the changes that allows comments.

Do one last experiment. Disable all plugins and edit one of the links you sent me and allow the comments for it, then check if the comments area appear in the page/post.

Only activate the plugins again after ending the experience.

I tried find plugin problem but couldn’t find the reason.

then, I wrote new posts,,, now I can use comment fields.

Something messed up those posts in the database.

Try to use a plugin to clone the posts, maybe it can be possible to post comments in the cloned post.
