Hello, when I create a ‘button’ layer on a Revolution Slider slide, I am not able to click ‘Edit style’ and therefore put in a custom button. Clicking ‘edit style’ works fine when the layer is text – just not when it is a ‘button’ layer. Any advice?

    Many thanks for your help!

    Hi

It’s because button’s do not have layer styles like the text does. If you want to add one of the Neighborhood buttons you need to copy the link along with the class, for e.g.:

    <a class="sf-button black medium" href="/features/#responsive">Tell me more</a>

    Hello,
I am trying to create a hover effect in a button in a revolution slide. What is the html code for a button that changes from the accent color to black during a hover?

My html code in the revolution slide layer is currently the following:
    <a href="/features/#responsive">PURCHASE NOW</a>

    Thank you,
    Raj

You need to add the class to the link for the button that you want to use. For e.g. in our demo we use:

    <a class="sf-button square black medium" href="/features/#responsive">PURCHASE NOW</a>
