    Hi,

    You can enable it and configure the layout in Theme options-> Global Header banner Options.

    To add content go to Appearance-> Widgets and add content to Global banner content 1, Global banner content 2, Global banner content 3.

    In the color customizer look for Color – Header Banner.

    You can enable registration on the my account page in the WooCommerce settings panel.
