Can the masonry tiles be links/anchors to content on same page?

Hi all,

I wonder if the masonry tiles can be used/utilised/hacked to be or work as buttons that link to content further down the page? In other words, can I anchor the masonry tiles to content on same page similarly to edge of screen arrows for easier navigation that i currently have?? Please see the website for what i mean (or image attached). This question is the result from the client (feedback) who said that at the moment they are sidetracked too much by clicking on the masonry tiles at top of home page and hence be redirected to the relevant portfolio page. They are not instigated to look at content or message on the one page site/ that is the home page as well.

Is there an easy fix here?? Please help asap! Thanks!
