Can I change mobile menu order?

Hello guys,

I have added WPML to my Atelier theme, and I want to display the language changer in my mobile menu.

I set up the mobile menu to display the changer and it automatically added the button to the menu near the bottom, above the other auto additions ‘sign in’ and ‘cart’ – below my custom created menu.

Is there anyway to change it’s position so it displays at the top of the menu, above the options I have added to the menu myself. See attached image to explain further…

I cannot change the order in ‘Menus’ as only the menu buttons I added myself display there (not cart, sign in etc).

Hi,

There are a few ways to do this modification.

The most simple is adding the line of jQuery to your theme options JS.

jQuery('.menu-item-language-current').prependTo('.menu-mobile-de-container .menu');

I have added this for you, please take a look at your site.

Brilliant, that is exactly what I wanted – Thank you 🙂 However, if you switch to English the menu icon slips back down the ranking in the EN mobile version – is the same code line required?

Perhaps you could do that for me also, seems like you’d be MUCH quicker ;)!!

Ah yes, ok – amended to:

jQuery('.menu-item-language-current').prependTo('.menu-mobile-de-container .menu');
jQuery('.menu-item-language-current').prependTo('.menu-mobile-de-english-container .menu');
