    Hello Ed,

    Is it possible con configure a button to open a shortcode (that contains a live chat widget)?

    The short code is [mx_livechat]

    I tried bellow, without success:

    koel.com.br/customer-service/

    Thanks Kyle,

    But I wanted the live chat to open on another window (like on the prt scr bellow on Apple site) and not on the “box” (as on the prt screen on my website)
