One of my page has two text block columns on which I have placed button shortcodes at the bottom of the text boxes. Once I entered and saved the shortcodes, when I view the updated page, the columns are gone and only show the left column. It also doesn’t display the button on the viewable left column.

Here is the url of the page I’m working on:

I’ve removed the button shortcode on the left column so now the right column is showing. But the button on the right column isn’t showing, only Swift links in its place.

Which shortcodes you are talking about?

The Swift Framework Shortcode for buttons. Also, Impact Buttons are not showing either.

    Hi there,

Did you edit the page in the classic editor, after using the page builder? Looks as if you’ve got an unclosed tag somewhere which is breaking the page.

Please make sure you are running the latest theme update, and also provide us a login to your site to look into it if needs be.

    Hi,

Like Ed suspected You had 2 situations where the text was breaking the html code

for instance instead of Contact > I replaced it by Contact → in html mode. Or simply remove that closing tag character.

Thanks. I used the code in html mode and the button didn’t show up when I updated. I removed the > with only Contact but the button still doesn’t show up. This is on the home page.

Also, earlier, I saw that the footer was showing all three columns after some of the buttons were fixed, but something happened and now I can only see the left and middle column.

The button code is working now. Footer is still a problem. Not sure if its related to this.

    Hi,

You don’t have any posts that’s why it doesn’t show anything.
