I had huge problems with a portfolio-item yesterday. After a certain time of updates that portfolio-item got broken in the backend frequently.
So I set up a new portfolio-item in hope that this may solve the problem. However it came back. Since I did not have any problems with the other pages, I assume the problem is coming from the Tabs-Element I used for the first time on this page.

All the contents of the tabs element got kicked out and are now placed underneath. Furthermore the tabs-element got completely reseted (Tabs had names and there were 3).

I did the last update to see my changes on the revolution slider.

    Hi @redro

Please can you let us know the steps to try and replicate this locally?

    Thanks,

    – Ed

In the meantime I figured out that one tabs-element won’t loose its settings/attachments over a time. As soon as two tabs-elements are in use, something will go wrong related to the tabs elements.

Just set up a heavy portfolio item with many tabs-elements and save the page over and over again. At one point something will crash.

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, let me check this with Rui to see if there is anything that can be done.

How many tabs are you adding?

I just had a new finding. I just noticed that it may be the row. I deleted the text-box on top of the tabs-element (both in the same row) and all of sudden the tabs-element got fixed. You can see the structure in the screenshot above.
So the source of the problem might be the wrapper.

Thanks for the additional info. Is this sorted for you with that workaround?

No? Other users will waste a lot of time figuring that out, too. If a tabs-element is embedded in a row together with other elements, the layout will fall apart at some time. This bug should be fixed.

I know it should be fixed, and it will but it could take some time.
Was just confirming if it’s sorted for you know.

    Hi @redro

Thanks for the info – if you could possibly provide the page code that allows us to replicate the issue, that would be very helpful for us.

    Thanks,

    – Ed
