Bug with lightbox review

Hello there is a bug when I am opening the lightbox for submit a review.
When I try to click to X (for close the popup) it doesn’t work. If I click another time, I see the dark background set from lightbox.
I have tried chrome and internet explorer, is the same.

This does not happen on our installations, so if you need help with a specific problem on your website, I would always need to see your site live please.

Could you tell me your website URL please? You can do so by typing it into a reply.

Hi, I tried to fix it on your end but it seems it’s not a plugin issue, and you’re on the latest version of WP and the theme – therefor I will escalate this to the developer directly.

Got a feeling this might be a conflict with the Ninja Backdrops plugin. Nothing that is wrong with the theme. You should probably take up the issue with them. For now, you can use this custom css to hide the backdrop:

.modal-backdrop, .modal-backdrop.fade.in {
display: none!important;
}

Hello Ed, thanks but if I add that code the lightbox stop to work completely: when I click the windows doesn’t open.
I have tried to disable ninja plugin too but is the same, so I think is not that plugin.
The same with all others plugin.. no way.

The real strange thing is that coming only if i click on “X” if i click near “X” or away from windows, it work without problems.

Somehow you have an anchor tag linking to the #review_form around the close button – any idea about how you’ve come to this? – Definitely not a theme issue.
