Line 23 on neighborhoodwoocommercesingle-productadd-to-cartvariable.php should be replaced by the following:
<option value=""><?php echo __( 'Select', 'woocommerce' ) ?> <?php echo $woocommerce->attribute_label( $name ); ?> …</option>

Otherwise the ‘Select’ string won’t be translated properly as it had a space in it (‘Select ‘). And I also added a very needed space between the php’s echo statements.
