I have a problem with the menu COLOR CUSTOMIZE, since I have updated to to v1.5 (i think) cannot accede. This one constant loading and guarding the file customize.php as a curl.
I have tried to replace the file with other one of a copy of previous safety, but it is still equal. I have tried from different explorers IE, CHROME, IOS and they all do the same thing.
It designs someone about that it treats itself….

    Thank you very much

    Hey,

Have you tried disabling plugins one by one, testing each time if the problem is fixed? Maybe this is a plugin conflict?

    Hello, support team!!!…

We are improving little by little.
Already I do not have the problem of the curl, in the menu color customizer, but when I select with the mouse any section not despliega to modify the configuration of color….
I have tried to disable one to one the rest of pluggin and it does not change.
Also I have reinstalled the theme, and it is still equal….

Thank you very much, for the help…

I wait again for his attention…

I you attach capture of screen of CHROME’s purifier, in which it appears that they do not find two files.
Can it be this problem? If it is as well as I can solve it …

    thank you…

Yes, that may very well be the problem – the WordPress customizer uses Javascript and it looks like it can’t fetch the jQuery in WordPress.

Looks like something wrong with your install (maybe server user permissions). Try to do a fresh test install and see if you get the same error. If no error, you may need to either manually upload those files via FTP at the correct locations, or re-install WP (which you can do from Dashboard/Updates).

    THANK YOU.

    ALL IS OK.

I have installed WP, and disable the pluggin that was causing the conflict. Everything is operative again….

THANK SUPPORT TEAM!! Not that we would do without you…
