I’m using the Types plugin so that users can store their vehicle while they browse the website for products. However, if they select a filter for an attribute like “Manufacturer,” the vehicle is lost. Is it possible to have users be able to filter by all of the plugins so that they work together?

Hi

This is not a theme option, that’s just how the WooCommerce layered nav works. Therefore it is an incompatibility with that.
