    Hi guys – I’ve run into a problem with one of my plugins. I’m using Woocommerce and I had been using a plugin called Custom Related Products for Woocommerce. Which worked perfectly for me for a while. About a month ago I noticed the product variation data on the backend of individual product pages was broken. When I click on the Variation tab, the area that usually contains relevant product variation data is completely blank, and a few other tabs also have broken/missing functionality. I don’t notice anything broken in the admin section or on the frontend of product pages. I know for a fact it’s that Custom Related Products plugin that was causing the broken functionality because I deactivated every plugin one by one until I found the one that was causing it to happen. I then took it one step further and deactivated every single one of my plugins except for woocommerce and custom related products, but the variation data was still broken. So I don’t think it has anything to do with a plugin conflict…I’m thinking it has something to do with the theme? Any ideas on what it could be? Any help is appreciated.

    I haven’t been able to find any other plugin that allows you to choose custom products to display as “related products”, so I’m stuck trying to figure out how to fix this error.

    Hi,
    It seems any plugin conflict issue. Please deactivate all plugins except woocommerce to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    Hi Mohammad – As I wrote in my initial post, I have already deactivated all plugins except for woocommerce, and the problem still occurs immediately after activating the Custom Related Products for Woocommerce plugin. So unless it’s a plugin conflict with woocommerce (which it isn’t…the plugin author tested it on the same version of WP and Woocomm that I’m using) then it has to be something to do with the theme. Is there any way to test this?

    Hi,
    Please check your hosting server error log through control panel. You will know the error detail there. Please provide me login detail also to check in detail.

    Can you activate Twenty15 and test this?

    I’ll try that theme quick…but I have visitors on my site right now and don’t want to mess it up!! I’ve been in contact with the plugin author and he’s been trying to help…but it’s working on his end with the same setup minus the Atelier theme. That’s why I figured it was a theme issue. I’ll report back after trying Twenty15

    I just tried activating the Twenty15 theme and the Custom Related Products plugin and it still didn’t work…so I guess that means it’s not a theme issue. Any other advice?

    Well in that case since it’s not theme specific, give that information to the plugin author so we can check it using Twenty 15.
